I'm a Registered Acupuncturist with the government regulatory body of Ontario. Acupuncture and laser acupuncture are my primary tools - acupuncture can boost overall wellness, alleviate stress, nix anxiety, improve sleep, reduce pain and address gynaecological and fertility challenges. 

I have a gentle approach (and love treating first-timers!) I learned acupuncture because of a personal experience in healing both a thumb sprain and anxiety-related grief. 

CUPPING

Cupping - have you seen the marks before? Wonder why people do cupping? Think of it like a reverse massage- cupping  is the creation of suction on the skin using silicone or glass cups. I have an Advanced Certificate in East Asain and Biomedical cupping (2019) and in the clinic, I use cupping for treating Bells Palsy, sinus congestion, constipation, pain, injury, fertility challenges, cough/colds, and digestive issues. Kids and adults can benefit from - and enjoy -  cupping.

The food we eat literally turns into our bodies! Making tweaks to food and lifestyle is part of the practice. Depending on what's going on for you, we might add in or take out a food, tea, exercise and/or meditation/breathing practice. We see you as a whole being, and all of these factors can contribute to your overall sense of well-being.
